# Review findings

> Review comments from the model and from you.

**Findings** are review comments attached to a task. They live in the right-hand panel of the review screen (on a phone — in the “Findings” tab).

- The source is **the model** or **you**.
- Each finding has three actions: **“Ask the assistant”** — open a conversation with a question about this finding; **“Dismiss finding”** — take it out of the work; **“Edit”** — correct its title or text.
- You add your own finding with the **“Add your own finding”** button above the list (title, text, attachments).

## Four views of the list

The segment above the list switches what to show:

| View | What it contains |
|---|---|
| **All** | all the task’s findings — the number next to the panel heading |
| **Open** | those that block approval (the default view) |
| **Dismissed** | those you took out of the work |
| **Fixed** | those that went into the rework in a previous round |

## Status glossary

The same glossary is used in the interface and here.

| Status | What it means | Open? |
|---|---|---|
| **pending** | the finding has been proposed (usually by the model), no decision yet | yes |
| **to fix** | you agree — it will go into the rework | yes |
| **rejected** | the finding has been dismissed and will not go into the rework | no (archive) |
| **fixed** | it already went into the rework in a previous round | no (archive) |

**“Open” findings** are `pending` + `to fix`. They block approval of the task:
while there are any, “Approve” will not work (see [Review decision](/en/docs/review/decision)).
Dismissed and fixed findings are the archive; they affect nothing.

<Callout type="info">
“To fix” does not mean “the matter is closed”. Quite the opposite: the finding has been accepted and will go
into the rework. A finding is “closed” either by **dismissing** it or by the **rework** that addresses it.
