# Approving the formulation

> The decision on a finished formulation: approve, rework, reject.

When the formulation is ready, the task waits for your **decision**.

- **Approve** — accept the formulation; decomposition begins.
- **Rework** — describe what to redo; the task goes back to the analyst.
- **Reject** — close the task without doing it (irreversible).

Development **does not start** until the formulation is approved — this is your control over how the task is set.
