Review findings

Review comments from the model and from you.

Findings are review comments attached to a task. They live in the right-hand panel of the review screen (on a phone — in the “Findings” tab).

  • The source is the model or you.
  • Each finding has three actions: “Ask the assistant” — open a conversation with a question about this finding; “Dismiss finding” — take it out of the work; “Edit” — correct its title or text.
  • You add your own finding with the “Add your own finding” button above the list (title, text, attachments).

Four views of the list

The segment above the list switches what to show:

ViewWhat it contains
Allall the task’s findings — the number next to the panel heading
Openthose that block approval (the default view)
Dismissedthose you took out of the work
Fixedthose that went into the rework in a previous round

Status glossary

The same glossary is used in the interface and here.

StatusWhat it meansOpen?
pendingthe finding has been proposed (usually by the model), no decision yetyes
to fixyou agree — it will go into the reworkyes
rejectedthe finding has been dismissed and will not go into the reworkno (archive)
fixedit already went into the rework in a previous roundno (archive)

“Open” findings are pending + to fix. They block approval of the task: while there are any, “Approve” will not work (see Review decision). Dismissed and fixed findings are the archive; they affect nothing.

“To fix” does not mean “the matter is closed”. Quite the opposite: the finding has been accepted and will go into the rework. A finding is “closed” either by dismissing it or by the rework that addresses it.

The findings panel: the segment, adding your own, and the review decision at the bottom.
